Every 10 Minutes for Leadership handout is a wonderful resource for teaching leadership to you, someone you mentor, to the staff you lead or to those at a group training event. Each handout is indexed by the principle it teaches about - mentoring, planning, communication, disagreeements, planning, humility, etc. The handout shares a proverb and then an application on how it can be applied using an analogy, story or other adult teaching technique. At the bottom of the page are three questions to stimulate discussion on how those you are teaching can utilize the principle they have learned in thier own life and with those they lead.

How to Use

10 Minutes for Leadership handouts are very easy to use. This video shows Dr. Stevens using a handout to teach his senior staff at their monthly meeting and provides you some great examples and ideas on how you can effectively use these tools to train your team. It is a little longer than 10 minutes. They were having so much fun discussing the issue, that they just kept going!
